We aim to deliver quality products, but if you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene or personal care items

  • Used electronics or accessories

  • Customized or specially ordered products

  • Opened packaging (unless product is defective)


3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • If payment was made via COD, a bank transfer will be initiated upon confirmation.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping charges.

  • In other cases, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
